RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Sensaul Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order provided that:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is unopened

  • The product remains in its original packaging

  • The product is in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Opened collagen products

  • Used products

  • Products with broken safety seals

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs showing the issue.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
